Greetings all,
My name is Cortez Taylor and I was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia where I attended the famous Disney high school, T.C. Williams. In high school I was a three sport athlete. In 2008, T.C. Williams High School became the first Northern Region Basketball program to win a state championship in 27 years. Basketball has always been my favorite sport, but I found I had the opportunity to secure a free education if I pursued a career in football. I graduated high school and attended prep school at Worcester Academy in Worcester Massachusetts. I started my education at Saint Anselm College before transferring back home to Stevenson University. At Stevenson University, I ran track and played football where I earned postseason honors in both sports. In 2016, I graduate with my bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. My goal out of college was to attend law school and become a lawyer that’s able to represent professional athletes. Last year, I took a different approach and decided to obtain my MBA in Sports Management from Tiffin University. With my MBA in Sports Management I will apply to become a licensed NBPA and FIBA player agent. Wish me luck! |
